Golden Harvest Jewellery Buying Plan/ DIAMOND FOR ALL/ NATURAL DIAMOND FOR ALL

  • INNOCENCE Diamond & Jewellery provides the Golden Harvest Jewellery buying Plan which facilitates Customers in acquiring our jewelry through payments spread over Eleven months and allows them to benefit from certain discounts, all under these Terms and Conditions.
  • This Plan requires the Customer to make 11 (Eleven) fixed monthly payments of a minimum of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) or more, in multiples of one thousand. Throughout the 11 (Eleven) month duration, the Customer must pay one instalment per month. Paying more than one installment in a single month is not allowed.
  • Instalment payments must be made by the Customer on the Due Date, which is the same date as the Enrolment Date in the following months. The Customer will have a 7 (Seven) day grace period each month to complete the payment. If payment is not made within this grace period, the proportionate discount offered will be decreased.
  • After 365 (Three Hundred and Sixty-Five) days from the enrollment date, the Plan will mature, and Customers will be eligible to redeem it by purchasing jewelry from our stores. The Enrollment Date is the date the first installment is made. Customers must redeem their accounts within 400 days of the Enrolment Date.
  • Customers eligible for redemption after 365 days from the enrollment date, having paid all eleven monthly installments, will receive a 100% ( hundred percent) discount on one month’s installment.
  • The option to pre-close the Plan is available to the Customer only after paying at least six monthly installments and after 180 days from the Enrolment Date. Upon pre-closure, the Customer may either purchase jewelry from our store equal to the accumulated installments’ value or seek a refund of the total installments paid. A prorated discount voucher will also be provided for jewelry purchases up to the value of the installments paid. If fewer than six installments have been made, no discount or discount voucher will be granted.
  • If the Customer does not redeem within 400 days, they will be refunded the total installment amount paid up to that date. A discount voucher corresponding to the applicable discount will also be provided, to be used exclusively for purchasing jewelry from the Company with a value equal to or greater than the total amount of installments paid.
  • Refunds under the Plan, if any, will be made by way of cheque in the name of the account holder as specified in the Enrolment Form or by online transfer to the bank account as specified in the Enrolment Form, and no cash refund shall be permissible.
  • The invoice’s rate may differ between cities, as it is determined by the corporate rate applied by the Company. The applicable gold rate will be based on the Company’s rate on the purchase date.
  • The Plan is exclusively for individual enrollment and is not available to companies, partnership firms, proprietorship concerns, trusts, Hindu Undivided Families (HUF), or NRI Customers. Minors may only enroll through their natural guardians.
  • Customers cannot enroll with his/her borrowed money.
  • You can enroll offline at our stores or online by registering on the Golden Harvest website at www.innocence.co.in .in or through the Golden Harvest Mobile Application.
  • During enrollment, the Customer must provide a copy of their photo identification and address proof documents, which can include a Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, Ration Card, PAN Card, or any government-issued document, as well as bank account details.
  • The Customer is required to register at https://www.innocence.co.in to manage their Golden Harvest Account. If there are changes in contact or address details or any other information provided, the Customer should promptly contact customer care. Address changes can also be made through the Golden Harvest website or Mobile Application, subject to INNOCENCE’s satisfaction. The Customer must ensure their name matches the identity proof provided, avoiding nicknames or short forms, and that bank account and other details in the Enrollment Form are accurate.
  • INNOCENCE has the right to verify the Customer’s identity using SMS, OTP generation, or other means at any time, including during enrollment and at the conclusion of the purchase and delivery of the jewelry. Additionally, Titan reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the Customer’s documents.

  • Any refunds under the Plan, if applicable, will be made by cheque addressed to the account holder as specified in the Enrolment Form or by online transfer to the bank account detailed in the Enrolment Form. No cash refunds will be allowed.
  • The rate listed on the invoice may vary across cities, as it is determined by the corporate diamond rate set by the Company. The applicable gold rate will be determined based on the Company’s rate on the purchase date.
  • The Plan is available solely for individuals and excludes companies, partnership firms, proprietorship concerns, trusts, Hindu Undivided Families (HUF), or NRI Customers. Minors are eligible only through their natural guardians.
  • Customers may not use borrowed funds to enroll.

  • INNOCENCE has the right to verify the Customer’s identity using SMS, OTP generation, or other means at any time, including during enrollment and at the conclusion of the purchase and delivery of the jewelry. Additionally, INNOCENCE reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the Customer’s documents.
  • The Customer must sign the Golden Harvest Enrollment Form in the designated space, either physically or electronically, at the time of enrollment to accept these terms and conditions.
  • Monthly installments may be paid by cash, credit/debit cards, NEFT/RTGS, or local cheques payable to “INNOCENCE Company Limited” in the city where the store where the account was opened is located, as well as via Standing Instruction or Automated Clearing House. International cards for online payments are not accepted. If a cheque is dishonored, the bank charges will be borne by the customers. Payments can be made at any of our stores or through the Golden Harvest website https://www.innocence.co.in or the Golden Harvest Mobile Application. Titan is not responsible for any online payment failures resulting in money being debited from the customer’s account. Customers should check with their banks or service providers for such issues. It is the account holder’s responsibility to enter payment details correctly.
  • Automated Clearing House (ACH) or Standing Instruction (SI) payment receipts will be issued only after payment clearance. For ACH/SI-enabled accounts, the plan cannot be closed before the maturity date unless the account holder cancels the ACH/SI by submitting the necessary forms to INNOCENCE. Customers can request a computerized receipt at any of our stores.
  • The Company or our stores will not be responsible or liable for sending payment reminders.
  • Accounts opened under this Plan are transferable only between different locations of our stores. Transfers can only be made in the name of the original account holder, as indicated on the enrollment form, and valid photo identification must be presented at the receiving store. The Company reserves the right to verify the Customer’s identity by any means it deems appropriate.
  • When purchasing jewelry, the account holder must personally appear and present a valid photo ID and PAN Card if required by applicable law, to redeem the installments paid towards the purchase. The Company retains the right to verify the Customer’s identity using any method it deems appropriate.
  • Aside from the gold and stone costs, all jewelry acquired through the Golden Harvest program will incur making charges, wastage charges, material charges, Goods and Services Tax, or any other applicable surcharges or levies prevailing at the time of purchase.
  • Customers must purchase the jewelry for the total installment amount paid, as partial purchases are not permitted.
  • At the time of enrollment, the Customer may nominate a nominee by submitting the necessary documentation. In the unfortunate event of the account holder’s demise, the Company will transfer the amount solely to the individual(s) nominated by the account holder in the Enrolment Form, provided the nominee presents valid identity and address proof. If the account holder hasn’t nominated anyone, claims made by other individuals on behalf of the deceased will not be entertained unless they are legal heirs or duly authorized persons under the Plan. To process such claims, the following documents must be provided to the Company:

Death certificate of the deceased.

Succession Certificate.

NOC from other surviving legal heirs for redemption.

Indemnity undertaking to indemnify INNOCENCE from claims.

Will (if any) Additionally, all other supporting documents and clarifications must be furnished. However, the Company’s decision on the sufficiency of any document in such cases shall be final and binding on the claimants.

  • The Company retains the authority to modify, amend, add, or remove any part or entirety of the privileges of the Plan without prior notice to the account holder, provided such alterations do not adversely affect the interests of the account holder.
  • The Company, as the operator of this Plan, maintains the right to suspend the Plan at any given time. In such circumstances, the account holder retains the option to purchase any item at our store equivalent to the value of the accumulated installments in their Golden Harvest account, inclusive of any accrued discounts up to that day.
  • Under Golden Harvest, the liability of the Company, its franchisees, or agents, is capped at the installments/advances paid by the account holder(s) and the discount as per the Plan and its terms and conditions. This does not imply any further assurance or warranty by the Company.
  • The Company retains the authority to determine any conditions not explicitly outlined above during transactions or redemptions. Such decisions made by the Company will be deemed irrevocable and final.
  • Any disputes, if they arise, will be subjected to the jurisdiction of the courts in Patna exclusively, to the exclusion of any other court’s jurisdiction.
  • Should there be any alterations to existing laws, rules, Acts, etc. by any regulatory authority, the Company reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, or discontinue the Plan as deemed appropriate to comply with the amended legal requirements. Such modifications will be obligatory for the account holder to adhere to.
