Deleting Your Account
You can ask us to delete your Innocence account and the personal data attached to it. This page exists as a public route to that request, which Google Play requires for any app that lets you create an account, and which is your right under India's data protection law.
How to request deletion
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Or write to [TO BE PROVIDED BY INNOCENCE] from the email address on the account, or to the grievance officer named on our Contact page. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, so that nobody else can delete your account.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in credentials, your name, email, phone and saved addresses, your wishlist, appointments and assistant conversations, and any reference images you uploaded with a custom design request.
What we have to keep, and why
Completed order and invoice records are retained for the period tax and company law require — we are not permitted to delete them on request. They are kept only for that purpose and are not used to contact you. Retention period: [TO BE PROVIDED BY INNOCENCE].
How long it takes
We acknowledge the request within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
