Account Deletion Policy
Effective 3 September 2026. Issued by Gireeja Jewels (GSTIN 10BZVPS1962C1ZA), trading as Innocence, Bageshwari Bhawan, S.K. Puri, Boring Road, Patna – 800001, Bihar, India.
7.1 How to Request Deletion
You may request deletion of Your account at any time through the Platform, via Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or by writing to Us at help@innocence.co.in from the email address registered on Your account, or by contacting the Grievance Officer named in Section 8. We may request additional information to verify Your identity before actioning a deletion request, to prevent unauthorised deletion of Your account by a third party.
7.2 Scope of Deletion
Upon a verified deletion request, We will delete: Your account and sign-in credentials; Your name, email address, phone number and saved addresses; Your wishlist, appointment history and any assistant/chat conversation records; any reference images You uploaded in connection with a custom design request.
7.3 Information We Are Required to Retain
Completed order and invoice records are retained for the period required under applicable taxation and company law, currently 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) days, and cannot be deleted on request during that period. Such retained records are used solely to meet Our statutory and regulatory obligations and are not used to contact You for any other purpose.
7.4 Processing Timeline
We will acknowledge Your deletion request within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receipt and will complete the deletion process within 15 (fifteen) days, save in respect of the retained records described in Section 7.3.
