Shipping & Delivery Policy

6.1 Dispatch Timelines
In-stock products are dispatched within 2 to 3 (two to three) business days of Order confirmation. Customised Products are dispatched in accordance with the production timeline indicated at checkout for the relevant product, which will vary depending on the nature and complexity of the work involved.
6.2 Insurance in Transit
Every Order is fully insured from the time it leaves Our custody until it is delivered to You. In the event a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, responsibility for resolution rests with Us, and not with You; upon notification, We will arrange either replacement of the product or a full refund.
6.3 Delivery, Signature and Identity Verification
Jewellery is delivered against signature, and Our courier partner may request identification matching the name on the Order before releasing the parcel. We currently deliver across India only and do not offer international shipping. Any applicable delivery charges are displayed at checkout prior to payment.
6.4 Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided to You once Your Order has been dispatched, and can be followed at any time through Your order history on the website or within the mobile application.
6.5 Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery and, if unsuccessful, will hold the parcel for collection for a reasonable period. A parcel that is ultimately returned to Us as undelivered following repeated attempts will be refunded in accordance with the cancellation and refund provisions in Section 5, less any delivery cost actually incurred by Us.
