Dispatch times
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of a confirmed order. Made-to-order and customised pieces ship according to the production timeline shown at checkout for that piece, which varies with the work involved.
Insurance in transit
Every order is fully insured from the moment it leaves us until it reaches your door. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, that is our problem to resolve, not yours — tell us and we will replace the piece or refund it.
Delivery, signature and identification
Jewellery is delivered against signature. The courier may ask for identification matching the name on the order. We deliver across India; we do not currently ship internationally. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You receive tracking details when your order is dispatched, and can follow an order from your order history in the app or on the site.
If nobody is available
The courier will attempt delivery and, failing that, hold the parcel for collection. A parcel returned to us undelivered after repeated attempts is refunded per the cancellation and refund policy, less any delivery cost incurred.
